Daily Rhythm
Rhythm, Not Schedule
We prefer the word “rhythm” over “schedule” as rhythm indicates a strong and repeated pattern, that also can be ever changing. We will check in with parents and guardians regularly to update your child’s feeding and sleeping plan and follow it as closely as we can, as well as monitor your child’s cues.
